Design Packages
Our design packages include all the same processes and documents as a full-service design. The key differences that allows us to offer designs at a more accessible price are completely digital delivery, scheduled communication, and a clearly defined scope and deliverables.
Initial consults and design review meetings are conducted over FaceTime or Zoom. Design presentations are emailed as a video recording and supporting pdf so you can review at your leisure. All design documents, ordering information, and tracking tools are provided in easily accessible google docs in a private drive account so you always have access to the most up to date information.
Full Service Design
Full-Service design is a great option for clients local to the Chicagoland area who need more hands on assistance and continued involvement through out the installation process. In short, we’re with you from the very beginning of planning and design to the completion of the last touch up to support you and your builder.
An in-person consultation helps us to understand the size and scope of the project and draft and exploratory agreement to develop the initial design concept, budget, and assist in finding the contractor or builder to create a clear plan for how to match your vision and budget. If at the end of the agreement you feel confident in the direction for the project, we can sign the contracts and get to work.

Have just a few questions about design, products, materials or anything else related to your remodel? We’re available for zoom or in person consultations to answer as many of your questions you can ask in an hour for a flat fee of $495.

On a tight timeline or just want to get it done? We’ll assess your needs and schedule a day to get your design selections knocked out to keep your project moving smoothly. Fees start at $2,475 for an introductory meeting and 4 hour shopping day.

Do you feel confident about your creative vision and have the desire to be in charge of your own renovation, but you’re just not really sure how to do it? We see you. & we’re developing a tool to show you how to prepare, how to design, and how to bring it all together during construction for an incredible design you can be proud of.
Expected to launch 2024, but get on the list to get a beta version later this year.
